By paying an invoiced retainer you are agreeing you understand all the listed policies below

Is a retainer requiered and how do i pay?

Yes, Retainers are required for all sessions. For all regular sessions, they are $25. For all boudoir sessions, they are $50 and for all weddings, they are 20%.

Retainer will be invoiced through Square invoicing. Subjected to additional service fees.  

 

If i Have to Reschedule or Cancel my session, what is the policy?

If rescheduling within 72 hours of you original session date , your session fee will still be due on that original date. If rescheduling for a second time, there will be a $15 rescheduling fee in order to rebook.


If canceling your session, no money paid will be refunded. That is including if you chose to pay for your session in full up front.

 

Can you recommend any good locations?

 

Yes, I have a handful of local locations that I have carefully chosen. Although this is my preference, given I have ensured they photograph beautifully, I do also offer traveling to a location you have chosen subjected to a traveling fee.

 

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

Two options. One; if we both feel the studio located in Horton would be a suitable option we may switch to an in studio session. Two; we reschedule to a new agreed upon date. (please see rescheduling and cancelation policy)

 

When will i recieve my gallery? And how will i recieve it?

I work extremely hard to get galleries out within 24 hours. Wedding galleries may take up to 2 weeks. Galleries will be sent through a pixie set link giving you access to all edited images in a digital online gallery. These galleries expire in ONE YEAR. Please ensure you download your photos. Photos will NOT be available outside this window.

 

Can i edit my photos myself?

K. Keever Photography respectfully asks that you do not alter the images in any way. As these are your images, if you wish to change the appearance, it is asked you do not advertise them as K. Keever Photography product. RAW images will never be given to client.
